General Terms of Sale

These general terms of sale govern the sale of products and services provided through this site. In this case, Lead One Ltd will assume the role of seller. We invite you to carefully read these General Terms of Sale before purchasing any product or service sold on this site.

By making any purchase, at the time of “checkout,” you must check a box in which you declare that you have read and approved these General Terms of Sale. Checking the box containing the link to these “General Terms of Sale” constitutes proof of your reading and approval of the document.

1. Our Contract

The sales pages containing descriptions of products and services created by Lead One Ltd constitute an invitation to purchase. If you wish to buy one or more products or services, or participation in an event, you can select your choice by adding it to the shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items you intend to purchase, you can close your cart and submit the order.

At this point, you will see a summary page of the products you selected, their price, and delivery methods (if applicable); the summary page is defined as “order.” Your order will therefore be considered as your contractual purchase proposal addressed to Lead One Ltd for physical and/or digital products, physical and/or digital services, or event participation tickets.

The contractual purchase proposal will be configured individually for each product purchased and not cumulatively for all selected products. This means that if you give up purchasing one of the products you selected, the purchase proposal made for the other products will be fully valid and effective.

The sales contract with Lead One Ltd will be concluded only when we send you a separate email summarizing your purchase proposal, which will also contain:

  • For physical products: information about the purchased product, shipping methods; later you will receive an email communicating the expected delivery date;
  • For digital products: information about the purchased product, methods of using the digital product, and the expected access date;
  • For tickets to physical and/or digital events: information about the purchased product and the event date.

The right of withdrawal from these “General Terms of Sale” is nonetheless safeguarded and effective. The exercise of the right of withdrawal will be extensively regulated in the following articles.

As a buyer, if you request the issuance of an invoice, you agree to receive it in electronic format. As a buyer, if you do not request the issuance of an invoice, you will receive a purchase receipt via email.

Training Events, Online Courses, Workshops, and Seminars

Lead One Ltd reserves the right to modify the dates and locations of meetings with at least 7 days’ notice. Any variation will be promptly communicated on the site and via email. In case of a date change, those who have registered will have the choice to cancel or confirm participation. In case of cancellation, the entire fee will be refunded. The contract is not transferable to third parties.

Absence from or withdrawal from events does not provide for any type of refund or relief. The right of withdrawal may be exercised as specified in the “general terms,” should the customer be dissatisfied or if expectations were not met. The customer / person who registered agrees to be solely responsible for any effects deriving from listening to the educational content and/or applying the techniques presented. Training events exist only for educational purposes, as well as for personal improvement. The use of the techniques explained in the training programs depends on the individual person, and therefore Lead One Ltd cannot be held responsible in any way for the results. The customer / person who registers agrees to be fully aware and responsible for the decisions made by applying the techniques explained in the products promoted here or on the pages referred to for further depth, and will have no right to request any type of compensation for damages or for anything else from the author(s) of the content of the training events, or from the company that owns them and/or any of its shareholders, directors, employees, affiliates, or the person who owns the domain name.

All written, video, and audio content, all downloads, graphic designs, the technology used, copyrights, and products used online or in person are the exclusive property of Lead One Ltd and are protected by the laws of Malta and international copyright law, and their reproduction is strictly prohibited without its prior written consent. The graphics, logos, page headers, icons, fonts, and service marks included or made available through any of the Lead One Ltd Products / Services are trademarks or distinctive symbols of Lead One Ltd. The trademarks and distinctive symbols of Lead One Ltd may not be used without its prior written consent.

The owners, creators, and distributors of the aforementioned training events cannot be held responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, deriving from the incompetence and/or negligence of the user in the use and/or exposure of the products offered, with the express exclusion of any refund by the seller.

We do not sell products and/or services to minors. We sell editorial products and services that also interest minors but can only be purchased by adults. If the participant is under 18 years of age, they may use Lead One Ltd services only with the authorization of a parent or guardian.

Specific General Terms – Training Events, Workshops, and Seminars

  • view the content present on the platform from multiple devices, but not simultaneously;
  • view the content present on the platform for a maximum duration of 8 hours per day.

Access to the platform with multiple devices connected simultaneously will result in the account being blocked. Viewing the content present for a period exceeding 8 hours per day will result in the application of a preventive block on the account.

After 24 hours have passed since the application of the block on the account, you can try to request the removal of the block by sending an email to the following address: info@internationalschoolofselfawareness.com Subsequently, Lead One Ltd will evaluate the behavior of the account owner to verify if the content is consumed in good faith, and based on the outcome of the verification, will decide whether to maintain or remove the block.

We reserve the right to prevent access to the site and/or Lead One Ltd Services, to suspend or close an account, or to remove or modify the content of our website at our discretion, in case of violation of legal provisions, these General Terms, or the guidelines or any applicable policy.

Participation in Events and Payment Rules

If you purchase a ticket for participation in a physical event organized by Lead One Ltd:

  • you authorize Lead One Ltd to use, also for commercial purposes, your image reproduced in photos or videos during the event;
  • you declare that the recordings made during the event (audio, video, and images) depicting you will be the exclusive property of Lead One Ltd; the latter may use the recordings made during the event (audio, video, and images) to create physical products or digital products (such as DVDs or video courses) and to exploit the related commercial rights for marketing and resale;
  • you waive the commercial rights arising from the recordings made during the event (audio, video, images, content, words, or speeches) depicting you, with the consequence that you cannot request financial compensation for the exploitation of the commercial rights of the recordings made during the event;
  • you authorize Lead One Ltd to make technical changes (such as video editing and photo retouching) or changes to your image reproduced in photos and videos;
  • you make yourself available to sign any other necessary documents/releases for entry on site;
  • you authorize the use of the payment method you will indicate for the payment of the amount indicated as the price for the purchase of the product or for participation in the selected event, with the methods indicated on the site itself.

The Participant declares to be aware:

  • that you have joined the national event organized by Lead One Ltd at the indicated location;
  • that the duration of the event will be indicated on the site and will be focused on the system of strategies and processes that the organizers use to launch their online businesses;
  • that this method has also worked on their clients and partners in very different industries;
  • that various successful digital entrepreneurs will be brought to the event to share the application of the method to their businesses in a practical and tangible way.

The Participant declares and guarantees:

  • a) to be a consumer and/or user according to the provisions of Art. 3 of the Consumer Code;
  • b) to be of legal age;
  • c) that the data provided by the same as a whole, including in the registration form on the back, are correct and true.

In the event of any hypothesis, however motivated, voluntary or otherwise, of impediment to participation in one or more days of the Event, unless otherwise indicated on the event website, the Participant may not be replaced by third parties, nor request refunds of any kind for the registration fee already paid.

By filling in the appropriate space on the site, you authorize Lead One Ltd to use your credit card, or other card issued in replacement of the same, and to charge your current account in favor of Lead One Ltd the total amount indicated as the cost. The procedure takes place via a secure connection directly linked to the Bank, owner and manager of the “online” payment service, which Lead One Ltd cannot access.

In the case of installment payments, you agree to pay the amount indicated as the price, with recurring payments for the amounts indicated at the time of purchase until the purchase price is reached, which will be charged using the same payment instrument indicated at the time of purchase. In case of failure by the customer to pay the purchase price, you will be required to return what was purchased, while the installments of the price already paid by the customer will remain with the Seller as an indemnity.

Right of Withdrawal, Exceptions, and Return Policies

If you purchase a physical product, you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to provide any reason, within 14 days from the day you received the ordered product or from the conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the relevant communication must be sent before the expiry of the 14-day period and the product must be returned to Lead One Ltd.

If you purchase a digital product (video course, audio course, ebook, etc.), you have the right to withdraw from the order placed, without having to provide any reason, within 30 days from the day you received the ordered product or from the conclusion of the contract, with the exception of subscription products, which do not provide for a refund. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the relevant communication must be sent before the expiry of the 30-day period; subsequently, Lead One Ltd will disable the account and access passwords for the product.

You must communicate the exercise of the right of withdrawal to Lead One Ltd by sending an email to the following address: info@internationalschoolofselfawareness.com

Return Conditions

If you are not satisfied with the products you have ordered, you can return them free of charge within 14 days from the date on the fiscal receipt and obtain a refund for your order.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered, undamaged and, therefore, resalable. Returned products must not have been used or damaged. We therefore recommend that you carefully try the products received. Returns that do not meet the above requirements may not be accepted and refunded, at the discretion of Lead One Ltd.

We do not perform product exchanges, but you can return your order, request a refund, and place a new order. Your original order will be refunded as soon as the product is received, and you can place another one immediately after or at any time you wish.

Shipping costs are not refundable. Customers returning a product from a country outside the European Union are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties and local taxes necessary to return the goods. Please be careful and ensure you pay these amounts in advance; Lead One Ltd will not accept returns accompanied by unpaid customs or import taxes.

How to Make a Return

If you don’t like the purchased product or have had a change of mind about the purchase, you can request a return within and no later than 14 days from the date on the fiscal receipt.

The shipping costs for making the return are:

  • at the customer’s expense in case of a change of mind;
  • at our expense in case of damaged product / not conforming to what is described on the sales page.

To make a return, proceed as follows:

  1. Send us an email at info@internationalschoolofselfawareness.com indicating the order number, the reason for the return request, and attaching photos of the product. The latter must be in optimal condition for the return request to be approved (it must not have been used, damaged, or altered from how it was received).
  2. We will agree together on a day and a pickup address.
  3. We will indicate the courier who will come to collect the package and provide you with an identification code for the pickup.
  4. It will NOT be necessary to affix any label to the outside of the package and you will not have to fill out any form: the courier will have already received instructions from our warehouse and it will be sufficient to return the product to him inside its packaging.

Once the product returns to the warehouse and we have verified its condition, we will proceed with the refund of the product, deducting from the amount the shipping costs at the customer’s expense (in case of a change of mind).

Refunds

Refund times range from 5 to 15 working days starting from the moment of receipt and acceptance of the return in the warehouse. Refund times may vary depending on the payment method used. Upon arrival of the goods at our warehouse, we will check the condition and quality of the products and, if they comply with the return conditions, we will proceed with the refund.

The refund for products provided in live/webinar mode and offline events, as they are considered of a recreational nature, is governed by Art. 59 of the Consumer Code, without prejudice to any special sales conditions established in the commercial proposal. In case of cancellation/postponement, the acceptance of services and/or products offered as an alternative and/or in addition to the purchased service will automatically void the right to a refund.

You will receive the refund on the same payment method you used to place your order. For orders placed to a country outside the European Union, all import taxes, customs duties and related local taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Similarly, all customs, import or local taxes of non-EU member countries necessary to make the return are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Shipping costs are not refundable. Lead One Ltd will refund shipping costs only in case of error or if the product was sent damaged by us.

Effects of Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

After exercising the right of withdrawal, Lead One Ltd will return all payments received in relation to the product for which you exercised the right of withdrawal (including any shipping costs).

Lead One Ltd will issue the refund using the same payment method you used to place the order, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any case, you will not incur any costs as a consequence of such refund.

Lead One Ltd will have the right to withhold the refund until it receives the product or until you have provided proof of having returned it. You will have to bear the direct costs for returning the products. In case of alteration and/or manipulation of the product, you may be held responsible for the decrease in value of the good you are returning.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in case of:

  • service contracts after the complete performance of the service provided by Lead One Ltd or by other companies controlled by it, if you have expressly authorized the execution of the service (such authorization will result in the loss of the right of withdrawal once the service is completed).

Prices and Availability

Information on product availability and the opening or closing of sales is listed on the presentation page of each product. In addition to the information provided on this page, Lead One Ltd is unable to provide more precise indications regarding future availability or the future opening or closing of sales.

In the event that discounts, prizes, or vouchers of any kind and/or nature are applied to products marketed by Lead One Ltd, VAT will not be applied to the sale price pursuant to the provisions of Art. 15, paragraph 1, no. 2 of Presidential Decree 633/72.

Product Warranties and Limitations of Liability

The rules on the warranty of products sold by Lead One Ltd differ depending on whether the buyer is a “consumer” or a “professional” pursuant to Directive 1999/44/EC concerning “certain aspects of the sale of consumer goods and associated guarantees.”

If you purchase a product from Lead One Ltd as a “consumer,” you benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity to which the seller is bound by law on every item sold (“Legal Guarantee”). The Legal Guarantee – which falls upon Lead One Ltd in its capacity as seller – guarantees the buyer that the item is free from conformity defects with respect to the sales contract.

If you wish to apply the Legal Warranty, you are entitled to have the conformity of the goods restored free of charge through repair or replacement, or, if this is not possible, to a reduction in the purchase price or the termination of the contract. Lead One Ltd is therefore liable for conformity defects should they manifest within two years from the date of delivery of the item. You will nonetheless have the burden of reporting the conformity defect within two months of its discovery.

In the event that you, as a buyer, find a conformity defect in products purchased from Lead One Ltd during the validity period of the Legal Guarantee, please contact us at the following address: info@internationalschoolofselfawareness.com

To the extent permitted by law, Lead One Ltd declines all responsibility in the event that the delivered product does not comply with the legislation of a delivery country other than Malta. Lead One Ltd will not be responsible in case of delay in the delivery of the purchased product due to insufficient stock at external collaborators (such as suppliers, publishers, manufacturers, developers, etc.).

Prohibited Conduct

It is not possible to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or use for any commercial purpose, in whole or in part, the products sold by Lead One Ltd without its written consent.

If you purchase a digital product (video course, audio course, ebook, etc.), it is strictly forbidden to download or record the content of the product. The action of downloading or recording the purchased product constitutes a violation of the legal norms on copyright and will authorize the selling company to apply a penalty of €25,000.00 against the offender.

It is not possible to use editing, framing, cropping, or framing techniques to misappropriately use any trademark, logo, or other information owned by Lead One Ltd (including images, text, page layouts, or other types of content) present in the products sold by the same, without the express written consent of the seller.

Buying Groups

It is strictly forbidden to create buying groups of users who purchase one or more products or services sold by Lead One Ltd collectively without written authorization in a specific commercial agreement. The prohibition in the previous point also applies if the buying group was formed through external applications and/or software and/or websites (such as the website “togetherprice.com” or others similar).

Sanctions in Case of Violation

In the event of a violation of the general sales conditions indicated in this document, which is a direct consequence of an action committed by a buyer’s account, computer and economic penalties will be applied.

For the purposes of this document, violations of the general sales conditions committed by a specific account are presumed to be the sole responsibility of the account owner, unless the account owner can demonstrate in writing that the violation was not committed by the account owner.

For the purposes of this document, to demonstrate that the illicit conduct was not committed by the account owner, the user must produce written documents proving the report of illicit facts to public authorities (report to the competent Public Prosecutor’s Office; report to the Postal Police; etc.).

For every violation of the general terms of sale committed by a user or a buyer, Lead One Ltd may suspend the account from which the violation originates, applying a “ban” (i.e., restrictive measures that prevent access) and preventing the use of the purchased content.

After applying the “ban,” Lead One Ltd will communicate the violation committed to the account owner via email, granting them a period of 7 days to demonstrate any non-involvement in the facts that led to the violation. After the 7-day period has passed without receiving a response from the account owner, Lead One Ltd will make the applied sanction final.

In case of no response from the owner of the suspicious account, or if the explanations provided by the account owner are deemed incorrect or state circumstances not proven by documentation, Lead One Ltd may apply a temporary “ban” pending further clarification from the account owner. It is understood that the “ban” mentioned in the previous paragraph could become final in case of no response from the account owner and/or if the explanations provided are deemed incorrect or state circumstances not proven by documentation.

After the application of the sanction, Lead One Ltd will withhold the sum paid by the buyer for the purchase of the product as partial compensation for damages for the violation of the general terms of sale, without prejudice to requesting compensation for greater financial damage suffered due to the conduct committed by the account.

In case of suspicious behavior by an account, or by a natural person holding an account, Lead One Ltd will include the account and the natural person associated with that account in a list of “customers suspected of violation,” with the specific purpose of monitoring future behavior. The presence of the account or the natural person holding an account on the list of “customers suspected of violation” will last at the sole discretion of Lead One Ltd.

For the purposes of this document, the term “suspicious behavior” means all those behaviors that have been adopted without good faith and average diligence pursuant to Article 1176 of the Civil Code.

Copyright in Case of Events

The Participant acknowledges and accepts that the Event and all material related to it (including any audio/video recordings, as well as any educational and/or informative material that will be distributed) are the exclusive property of Lead One Ltd and are, therefore, confidential and protected. The Participant also undertakes to:

  • use materials and equipment made available by Lead One Ltd with the utmost care and diligence;
  • comply with the safety and conduct rules provided by Lead One Ltd or by any guests;
  • not make, with any technical support, video and/or audio recordings during the Event.

Should the Participant commit even a single one of the violations mentioned above, Lead One Ltd will have the right to withdraw and/or have destroyed the illicit copies, recordings, photographs, and footage, as well as to remove and/or no longer admit the Participant responsible for the aforementioned violations to the event, without prejudice, in any case, to the right to proceed legally, including for damages, against the mentioned responsible party.

The Participant waives the civil and criminal liability of Lead One Ltd arising from the incorrect use of materials and equipment made available by Lead One Ltd or another supplier during the event.

Event Recording, Consent to the Use of One’s Image, Classroom Exercises

The participant declares to have been informed and is therefore aware and accepts that the Event: a) will be video-recorded; b) involves the active participation of participants, some of whom will be called upon to interact with the teachers and/or speakers.

By signing these conditions, the Participant:

  • a) consents to the video recording of the Event and to the use by Lead One Ltd, also for promotional purposes, of their personal image and/or voice and/or interviews conducted during and/or in conjunction with the Event, all through reproduction, with any type of support, or through editing, cuts, and/or modifications, with or without the addition of audio/video supports;
  • b) affirms to be aware that the Breathing, Meditation, and Coaching sessions held during the Event are educational and strategic exercises and are practical exercises, which do not have therapeutic purposes, nor do they want or can replace specific treatments (medical, psychiatric, specialized), obliging themselves, however, if they are undergoing medical and/or psychological treatments, to inform the coach and/or speaker of the ongoing treatments and/or therapies as well as any use of drugs, psychotropic drugs, or substances that may in any way influence the planned practical sessions.

The Participant waives the civil and criminal liability of Lead One Ltd arising from the incorrect use of materials and equipment made available by Lead One Ltd or another supplier during the event.

The Participant declares to be in good health and is aware that any physical activities taking place during the event are optional and not mandatory, with the consequence that they may be carried out with complete decision-making autonomy and without any imposition by the organizer. The Participant releases Lead One Ltd from civil and criminal liability for any problems or physical damage, or any pathologies, that may be a direct or indirect consequence of the physical activity carried out during the event.

Event execution/cancellation

For logistical and organizational reasons, Lead One Ltd may modify, in a completely autonomous and unquestionable manner, the order of speaker presentations, the presence or absence of speakers, and the topics covered during the event. Any modification of the educational plan, the order of speaker presentations, and the presence or absence of speakers may be made without any prior notice, with the consequence that the Participant may not initiate any civil actions or request a refund or compensation for damages against the organizer for:

  • the modification of the order of presentation of the speakers;

The Participant declares to be aware that any interruption of the event due to force majeure will entitle them to a partial refund of the price paid without recognition of any amounts as compensation for damages suffered.
